Step 1 – Browse & Choose

Explore our online shop and discover our range of gourmet premium frozen food, including our homemade pies, lasagna, and more.

Choose your favourite products, select the quantities you need, and add them to your cart.

Step 2 – Choose Your Date

Please order at least 3 calendar days in advance.

As our products are carefully prepared in small batches, we require a minimum of 3 calendar days’ advance notice for all delivery and pickup orders.

At checkout, select your preferred delivery or pickup date and an available time slot.

Please ensure your selected date meets our advance-ordering requirement.

Step 3 – Complete Your Order

Proceed to checkout and provide the required contact details and delivery information, if applicable.

Review your order carefully to ensure that your selected products, quantities, and preferred date are correct before submitting it.

Step 4 – Make Your Payment

Full payment is required in advance for all orders, including delivery and pickup orders.

We currently accept payment by bank transfer. Please follow the payment instructions provided during the ordering process.

Your order will be confirmed once your payment has been received and verified.

Please remember that submitting an order does not automatically mean it has been confirmed.

Step 5 – Receive or Collect Your Order

Once your payment has been verified and your order confirmed, we’ll prepare your order for the selected date.

For delivery: We arrange delivery through PickMe. Delivery charges are separate from your product total and are payable directly to PickMe upon receipt of your order.

For pickup: Collect your order on your selected date and at your chosen time slot.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery or that you arrive at the agreed pickup time.

Step 6 – Bake, Serve & Enjoy!

Our gourmet frozen food is prepared for your convenience, allowing you to enjoy delicious food when you need it.
